Login

Visit https://www.pathlms.com/fgia/split_login?return_to=/fgia to log in to the candidate console. You can also go to the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance and click Sign In on the page.
If you already have an account, please enter your credentials and click Login.

After logging in, click on the My Activity option.
Select the course for which you want to take the exam.
Select the option for registration.
Click the option stating “Click here for the exam”.
Select the date and time slot to book your preferred exam slot.
Once successfully registered for the exam, you can begin your exam from this section on the scheduled date. Click the Begin Exam option.

On the ExamRoom.AI Dashboard, under the Upcoming Exams section, click Start Exam.

Note: The start exam button will be enabled only 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Review the Acknowledgement, check the boxes, and click Okay to proceed.
After acknowledgement, the Examination Rules appear. Review and click Next to proceed.
Review the Terms and Conditions. After reading, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Then, click "Start Exam" to begin.

After clicking Start Exam, a system check will run before proceeding. The screen displays the hardware, software, browser, and network system configurations. Please click System Check to view the detailed process. You can also check these links for camera and microphone permissions: Chrome Permissions, Edge Permissions, and Firefox Permissions.
Click the View Icon placed next to the Hardware Configuration heading. It shows the camera and audio functioning. Follow the displayed instructions to verify these configurations.
Click the View Icon placed next to the Network Configuration heading. It shows the bitrate levels of the audio and video.
Now, in the control panel, select the checkbox and click I Agree to provide consent for recording and AI/ML proctoring.

By clicking I agree, a pop-up appears for the screen share. Select the entire screen option, click the small image in the center of the screen, and click Share.

To start the ID verification steps, click the Start button provided under the ID Verification option in the control panel.
A consent message will be displayed in the control panel to provide consent for the ID verification. Select the checkbox, then click I agree to provide consent for ID verification.
Your ID verification has started; hold your photo ID in front of the camera to capture it, and ensure you read the Verify your ID instructions in the control panel before proceeding.
- Click Next to proceed to the next step.
- Click Retake to recapture your verification ID.

To begin the face verification steps, click the Start button provided under the Face Verification option in the control panel.
A consent message will be displayed in the control panel to provide consent for the face verification. Select the checkbox and click I agree to provide consent for your face verification.
For a face scan, look directly into the camera while a face scan is in progress.
- Click Next to proceed to the next step.
- Click Retake to retake your Face Verification.

To begin the process of Room Scan, click the Start button provided under the Room Scan option in the control panel.
Next, select the checkbox and click "I agree” to provide consent for a room scan.
Scan the QR code shown on your screen to open the 360 Room Scan app on your smartphone (Android/iPhone device) and show your entire testing area. Follow the instructions for the room scan as provided by the Control Panel.
- Once completed, click Next to proceed.
- Click Retake to retake the room scan.
After completing the required verification, you'll access the test console, and the auto proctoring session will start to initiate your exam.

On the test console screen, a pop-up will prompt you to enter full-screen mode. Click Okay to continue.
On the test console page, click Start Assessment.
- Click the arrow to open the drop-down and explore the options available.
- In the drop-down menu, review the following proctor session options:
  - Click the Reload icon only if the testing screen has not loaded.
  - Select the Information icon to view exam details.
  - Select the Wi-Fi icon to check your network connectivity status.
Click Finish Test to complete and submit the exam at any point during the session.

After the test console screen appears, click Start Assessment to proceed with the exam.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes to confirm and begin with your exam.
On the testing page, the Remaining Time and the count of questions you've answered are displayed at the top right corner.
Answered the questions listed and used the scroll to scroll down and view the rest of the question on a page.
Click the Next button to move forward to the next page.
Use the side menu section to view the number of questions on each page and how many questions have been answered.

After answering the last question, click the Submit & Finish button to complete the exam.
Once you submit, your Assessment Summary will be displayed on the screen.
Once you finish the exam, click 'Finish Test' in the top drop-down to end the proctoring session.
A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation; click Submit to end your exam session.
A notification will pop up to inform you that your exam is complete. Click Okay.
